Question OT: Does Continental offer to foreign visitors a flight pass for flights in the USA?

Apologies for this query, which is admittedly off-topic, but I have to do a lot of flying in the States in the not-too distant future. For reasons of convenience, and because I have membership in OnePass, I would like to purchase a flight pass for travel on Continental Airlines.

On certain airlines, these passes are targetted on foreigners. Other times, they are also made available to domestic travellers. I don't know if Continental Airlines has any such passes.

I am a resident of Canada and will be departing from a Canadian airport on Continental metal, if that makes a difference.

Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?
