My T-shirts are part of who I am. In addition, my T-shirts look no worse (and often much nicer) than many other shirts people wear, and often give people a well-needed chuckle, yet you would ban them. Why should I be banned from C or F? I won't work for a company with a dress code, and I damn well won't fly an airline that would either. Sorry, but this smacks of yet another level of elitism.

I'm curious why you make a special call-out for Hawaiian shirts? I assume you wear them, so you have to protect yourself from this elitism.
