Actually, I looked into this a while back as I have a chum who has the same affliction. They are relatively expensive (300-400 pounds when I checked) and confirmed no mileage/points.
Plus they are always fully booked, so it seemed a bit bad to take up the place from someone who might really need it. PLus its only shorthaul aircraft used, so no sitting in FIRST!
Should be plenty of booze available on board though.....!
