Yes, Augustiner devotees,
Counsellor's claim does seem a tad heretical on the face of it and, actually, thoughts of a commitment hearing on his behalf danced in my head when he first said it, but I figured his crack legal team would get him off on some sort of catnip defense.
Alas! I had to concede his point whence the empirical evidence crossed my gums. The suds at the Unions-Bräu, to my tastebuds, are the best I've ever had the pleasure of sipping in all of München. Of course, I've got ~385+ samplings to go

, so stay tuned.
C. Franziskanergarten. A Biergarten like any other . . . except that, in keeping with the “Lederhosen und Bluetooth” attitude of modern Bavaria, it is also a Wi-Fi hotspot.
Ya know, someone in the U.S. State Dept. missed the boat on this: Portland and München were destined to be sister cities. If Portland is one of the most unwired cities in the U.S., and we hopheads are sincere in the paeans we pay to the German brewing sensibility, then it's a travesity there's no formal recognition of the soulmate status between these cities. München am Willamette, indeed! I dunno about the funny short-pants, tho. Men in PDX are more likely to be sporting skirts or kilts than lederhosen. Seriously.

Damn brilliant legal advice, folks! Heed it.
