If you like seafood, in Rome, I am a huge fan of:

Il Galeone - Piazza S. Cosimato, 27 (Trastevere area)
Ai Piani - Piazza Euclide (don't know the # - Parioli area)

Another favorite-

Il Casale - Via Flaminia (don't know the # - North of the center of Rome)
