Have taken the husband into airport showers before (Continental Arrivals Lounge at Gatwick and maybe the Air Canada Arrivals Lounge at Heathrow) without a problem. Although that was from the practical point of view of sorting out clothes and toiletries (a pain to fish his out of my bag before going into seperate shower rooms). Have never attempted to share a BA Shower Room - don't know if they would be stricter.
