That and that we should have respect for TSA agents because they have chosen to voluntarily serve their country. Well, a lot of us who have to deal with these people on a daily basis simply don't accept that - the "serve their country" part. Until you have walked in our shoes - and you have been offered that opportunity - please refrain from such pronouncements.
