777-300ER business class seating

Hi all,

I have just upgraded to business on a 777-300ER SYD-DXB and after scouring the entire forum I can´t seem to get a clear idea on the best seat to choose.

Is row 6 and 7 in the first smaller business cabin nicer and quieter than the larger cabin ? Do these 2 rows have restricted leg room (row 6) or restricted recline ( row 7) ?
