Not sure if this is a cause of the problem or not, but I just did an on line booking and it was not ticketed. I finally called back yesterday and asked what the hold up was (was 24 hours from on line booking until I called them). My card was not charged in that time frame yet but it showed on my account but said it was confirmed but not ticketed yet.
Anyways they said that the system was trying to bill me for BF seats as it gave me my AU before it charged the flight. Anyways this has happened three times to me recently and now I know what the issues are.
So maybe you have an AU in your segment or they really are backlogged trying to correct everyone's on line booking as well as phone in bookings as they do seem to have a huge glitch in their system now. I had to call the Plat Desk and wait on line while they fixed the issue. Not sure if you can call locally or not but I had mine fixed in 10 minutes after calling the Plat Desk.
