Ticket-by-mail turnaround time [merged]

I put a one way DEN-LAS itin on hold via UAL.com (at a nice price of $79). I then called UA to do ticket by mail and noted that I had a paper CS$25 to apply to the fare.

(As I'm sure most know, when you do tickets-by-mail, the CSR manipulates your reservation to hold it for 14 days)

In the past, these itins done via tickets by mail had always shown up within a week as ticketed on "My Intineraries"

This time, at day 12, still not ticketed. I was worried because the flight I had reserved was now over $150. I called and explained the situation, and the CSR added 3 more days to the time. Finally, on Day 15, it showed up as ticketed with the full $25 deducted (and no junk call center/ticket center fee)

Fyi.....
