Could be that you're being emotional and are letting your hair down; however, you're the one who made the claim. The tone and logic behind your arguments aren't consistent with the tone and logic I've grown accustomed to whenever I've dealt with attorneys.

Not all lawyers are drones who avoid emotion. Righteous indignation can be a very effective approach depending on the situation, such as when one is trying a case in front of a jury. My post does not drip with emotion - perhaps cynicism, but not hysterical emotion.
Regardless, I think it is sad when American citizens being patted down like criminals for absolutely no reason does not elicit outrage. I am reading "1776", by David McCullough. Many of the pro-TSA attitudes here are reminiscent of British comments regarding the uppity, ungrateful colonists.
