If you look at the pictures on airliners.net, you'll find that on the port side (seat A), there's a missing window 4 frames in front of the first over-wing door. Then another window 2 frames ahead. So, both 8A and 9A are missing a window. I have no idea if you can see anything out of the seat or not.

On the starboard side (seat F), only one window missing (4 frames ahead of 1st over-wing door). So, I would think that 8F would be fine, but 9F is not.
