Both hotels are great hotels, they got their own good points. But Sheraton nearer than Meridien, it only takes you 20 minutes from airport, but Meridien need at least 40 minutes. Tranport is the main problem for Meridien (except you are a golfer, Meridien has a good golf course and package as well). For your information only Sheraton in Nusa Dua Area and Le Meridien in Tabanan. Nusa Dua has easier access to anywhere than Tabanan, but if you're talking about budget of course Le Meridien got much lower rates than Sheraton (and I think Le Meridien worth more than it cost) .
