Sorry, eyecue, I have to put the onus for setting the tone on TSA. I don't think any of us haters/whiners/critics/whateveryouwanttocallus go into the airport looking to fight with TSA. Okay, maybe some do.

However, I think that those that don't just want to get thru the airport with as minimal hassle and have an effective screening. We want to have pleasant experiences, and I think most of us are pleasant people normally (and I met some FTers recently and they all were).
I go in to the situation as neutral. If the screeners are nice and polite, I treat them in kind. If I get barked at and get the full grope and massage and the screeners have a bad attitude, guess whose attitude will adjust accordingly?
TSA's issues may very well be a management problem. However, I don't think that the screeners' problems with management need to become my problem. However, more often than not, it becomes the pax's problem.
