I work for a small not-for-profit and sharing is more mandatory than not - even for conferences and convenings, where your roommate won't be a co-worker (although they will be the same gender). Haven't had to yet, but given that sharing is the norm anyway, I wouldn't have any qualms even sharing with two of the three men in our office, since they're gay anyway. It's not a biggie since I've shared with guys before on my little concert trips. As for the third guy in our office, I did recently take a business trip with him - I normally wouldn't have qualms sharing with him either - he's a good guy, but we have some definite and visible chemistry together. And while we wouldn't act on that (since his live-in girlfriend is also a co-worker and soon to be our boss - I ain't stupid!), I booked separate rooms for us. There was no protest from our current boss. <g>
