The second row of Y depending on the configuration does not have a window. You have to stretch forward or back to see anything. I learned this the hard way. As for the ft who says 8 or 9 I am not sure. I think they are incorrect. From my experience only row 2 on certain configs. And don't depend on the seatmap to show you...it won't.
