I think you're best off buying a SIN-CGK-SIN and then buying domestic sectors separately from within Indonesia. I am fully aware of your troubles as a friend of mine in Indonesia struggles with them all the time. And yes, they do charge ridiculously more for domestic sectors if you buy the ticket outside of ID. Good luck and I'd love to hear how your experience went!
