I will merely observe that too many TSA supervisors make filing a complaint a traumatic experience. Some demand ID and want to copy your boarding pass. Some won't allow the
blank complaint form to be removed from the checkpoint, allegedly because "it's SSI." The bottom line is that passengers are given the sense that TSA discourages complaints; they really don't want them and probably will ignore them. Under those circumstances, do you still wonder why many of us don't bother any more?
