It really depends on how tall you are.
I don't sleep well in non-flat beds, however comfortable the seat is (like UA's).
So for me, not much difference in sleepability between UA C and SQ regional C.
I can sleep standing up in a bus on a winding mountain road with a 500 foot drop off the other side and the driver barrelling down the road at 70mph with his hip flask by his side, Marlboro in one hand, other hand fiddling with the stereo, so no difference in sleepability for me either.
