How do you let the airlines know your travelling on your honyemoon?

I've read several times both here and elsewhere that it is a good idea to inform the airline that you are travelling on your honeymoon. We are on a CSTAR2 later this year and although I am certainly not expecting any upgrades, it wouldn't hurt Also, I'm on a waitlinglist for an UG from C-F while my wife-to-be is already confirmed; obviously I am hoping to be able to join her so again the fact that we're on our honeymoon may help. There may be other benefits too although I'm not sure what they would be.

Has anyone here informed the airline of their honeymoon? If so, how? Through your agent (mine is in BKK and thick) or directly? Is it worth doing this?
