I just rented from Enterprise last week in Deland. I chose them b/c I was traveling Amtrak and they pick up and drop off. I found the staff very friendly. They did try to push extra coverage on me, but I opted out. The car I got was brand spanking new which scared me b/c during the initial walk around the agent commented about how it doesn't have any scratches and previously, when pushing their coverage, she said my insurance wouldn't coverage "small" scratches or dents b/c of the $500 deductable.

I rented at the intermediate level. I did expect some "comforts" like electric locks and windows. This car had neither, nor did it have cruise control. I had two young children with me, so the lock situation worried me. In conclusion: Pros: they pick you up, the staff was friendly, and I had an Entertainment book coupon; Cons: I think they would have charged me for even a tiny scratch or ding and at the intermediate level electric windows and locks should be standard.
