The sleeve that came with the carlton bag was too short. Although it was exapandable. And expanded it was too long and that section wasn't padded which worried me. It now takes perfect care of my canon i70 inside the laptop trolley.

The sleeve that came with the trolley was on the tight side and I don't want the laptop scratched by zippers and things. I'd say that sleeve is more for a 15" standard than a wide screen.

The incase has a soft terrycloth like inside and more padding than a neoprene sleeve. A pocket for accessories on either side, detachable shoulder strap and retractable handles. It actually fits inside the trolley bag better than the original sleeve. It fits perfectly inside the carlton bag too.

What I like abouut the carlton bag is that there is no flap like there is on brenthave, crumpler and the belkin bag I have. If I want to reach in to the bag to get something I can use one hand to open a zip and keep the other one free. Or, as I would more than likely do, put it on the ground to iopen lift the flap to get inside the bag. Making me a perfect burglar victim (push over and grab).
