I have recieved a $75 voucher for in-op TV in a UA 777 on a NRT-HNL flight before.

Person next to me on a Jetblue E190 IAD-BOS got a $5 voucher for in-op TV, only because the flight was full. I've had in-op TV on the E190 before and was told to move seats...
