If you want to be a little more adventurous and are willing to walk around a bit, try Once. I got a great leather jacket there for $100USD. But you have to shop around, lots of the stuff in Once is cheap and cheaply made. The shop I bought at is right at one of the Once subway entrances, can't remember which stop though.
