Delta Experience

Flew SEA-SLC for a quick trip. This is the first time on 10 years I have flown Delta and thought I'd pas along a few comments.

Did not find a way to add my AS number to my record on the Web site was forced to call.

At the Airport (used the Express line at SEA with my Gold card) was able to easily get Exit rows (which was surprising on the return leg which was over sold).

At SLC visited the Crown Room using by BR card (and took a guest), which was very nice. complementary full bar.

In flight was pleasant enough with one drink pass.

Paid one-way upgrades were available for certain fare classes (not mine) for $75.

One feature at both SEA dn SLC gates which was very nice was a Monitor listing by passenger name of the 1st class upgrade standby and cleared list list along with the number of available seats.
