I just flew ATL-NRT today, on DL, and my inseat video in Business Elite was not working at all. I got nada. The FA was apologetic and offered me a free drink (a) I don't drink and b) the drinks are free in business elite anyway).

Oh well, I had my laptop and 10 movies with me.
