Can't resist this OMNI: My friend Frank who is also my accountant and I always make sure to go out for lunch/dinner and drinks before taxes due (when I give the forms) and afterwards (when he gives me the bad news.)
I tend to do the AFTER a few days before the end of tax season so we both can cry in our beer -- me from the tax bill and him from exaustion!!! CATMAN
