"has reserved a percentage of Saver Award seats on every flight to every international and domestic United destination through March 15, 2007."

You realize, of course, that if they set aside just one seat on every flight for the next 11 months ("through March 15, 2007"), then they will have fulfilled their pledge. On a A319, that would be one seat out of 112, or less than 1%, but still more than 0%. And on still larger aircraft, UA would be keeping its word by reserving a single seat, though the percentage would be that much less than 1% and closer to, but still greater than 0%.

Hopefully, I am too cynical, but I think you may be too credulous. Again, it would be nice if they would say what number or % of seats it is to be on each flight, but they never will.
