I fully concur with rssrsvp's post. From the GM point of view his summary is perfectly on target.

This is my first post and I may be missing something here - but how is this info being provided to Delta admin? Will this be sent in a formal manner, e-mails forwarded, or should everyone use rssrsvp's words as a guideline and send a personal communication? (I feel mailbags full of letters make a more substantial statement than e-mails.)

My experience has been that copying several levels of people ensures accountability - otherwise your request/complaint ends up as trash. We also need to show some consistency in our requests (hence these polls) - if Delta clearly sees a common theme their task seems easier as opposed to trying to weed it out from each individual communication.

For FT members wishing to send correspondence who are the most appropriate Delta "decision makers" to receive it? Who is the best addressee and who gets copied? (Full names and titles please).

I sincerely hope that Delta will revisit their decision, accept it was an error and revise as necessary.
