Sent a request to [email protected] on Monday eve and still no response despite the fact that others who sent requests on Tuesday have gotten a confirmation. It appears that the emails are not being worked in the order that they were received. Although I'm checking out tomorrow from a 12 day stay I guess I'll patiently wait to apply the 5/10/15 to future stays.
