This goes out to all the screeners here. Please note that the following questions aren't meant to be sarcastic, but to promote dialogue here.

There seems to be a lot of skepticism from the screeners here regarding our experiences with airport security. I appreciate the experience you guys bring to the table in offering your experiences and insights.

But as much as I see the screeners going off on us "whining" and using hyperbole all the time, it begs the question, do you guys really think we make this .... up?

Even if your checkpoint is well run (as Bart's and some others' seems to be), do you honestly believe that that's the way it is elsewhere? Do you honestly believe we have nothing better to do than post about shoe carnivals, rant about the TSA and DHS and their actions? Do you honestly believe that things are as rosy as some FSD's and Kip Hawley make them out to be? Do you honestly believe that we're just spoiling for a fight at the checkpoint? Do you honestly believe that there aren't dumpster airports like EWR, IAD and LAS?

Would you be willing to check out the claims about some airports if someone offered to get your ticket to one of these airports?

I'm serious in these questions. I understand that some of us may be over the top in the rants, but do you honest believe there is no basis of truth to any of the complaints?
