If I undersatnd your question correctly, you should be able to participate in other promotions that may come up. Participating in one promotion wouldn't hinder you from participating in another.

If you're referring to participating in another one of the Megabonus promotions, then you wouldn't be able to since the criteria you receive from this promotion could possibly be different from someone else's.
