Quite a variety of interesting responses to this thread. IMHO, if the poster was put off by the employees appearance, he should provide comment to NW Management who then decides if they concur or not, and if they do, will handle however they feel appropriate. Simple as that.
NW would probably have all the employees dress like hookers. After all; they just "screwed them all for money"
