How difficult is it to use American's Aadvantage miles for first class seats to Sydney, Australia? I see that American uses Quantas as it's connecting airline for flights to Sydney. I am hoping someone can share their experiences with how difficult it might be to use mileage awards for first class seats to Sydney.
