Last year I got four office colleagues to go elite with challenges (3 PLT, 1 GLD), so yes I share with all. Now none of them really "drank the koolaid" so to speak and went FT crazy, one PLT friend even missed requal by 3,000 miles because he couldn't be bothered to do a MR. Even when I offered to help find him one and reminded him of the high value of the PLT vs GLD benefits. Oh well.
