UA does not have a reputation for being generous with award trip availability. That is one of the serious deterrents as I have one foot out the door & maybe headed for UA.

All have been standard (oops ... PerkSaver) awards. I will never pay a nickel (or a mile) extra. Another really nice benefit for Plats is the ability to change award itineraries free of charge -- that's saved me perhaps $400 this year.
