When I called CO for KE reward ticket JFK → ICN in January, CO agent told me that she can not find any available seat for me. I asked whether the other
dates are available or not but she confirmed "NOPE" for CO Onepass members.

And then I called 800 number at KE for the same route, KE agent confirmed that they have plenty of reward seats for their own FFP called Morning Calm members. I had no choice but to use my KE miles since CO could not book the reward ticket. I told her that CO could not secure the same schedule for me while KE says OK. KE agent also confirmed that KE prioritizes reward seats for their own Morning Calm members and then they allocate remainings to the partners such as Skyteam memebrs and other carriers.

If KE had tight availability for the reward seats for that flight, I might understand the situation. But she clearly mentioned that tons of reward seats are available.

Why not for CO Onepass members? I was mad again since that flight was not full when I took the plane, 50~60%.
