DL Gold to NW Gold- 1 fax and 0 hassles. Unlimited upgrades for me + companion!? Automatic upgrades!? On any ticket!? Hubs that have decent facilities!?

FWIW I've liked DL- I've not been so impressed by NW service staff but like anything there's all kinds. I'll probably split my travel across both and try to make gold on both. Although it really only makes sense to shoot for Silver on DL now.
