I got a call too - the same bs - most FFs like the changes. I really can't possibly see how.

I then sent a letter to my company's Delta Rep, and this was her response:

"I'd appreciate your giving me the time to send your comments along to the appropriate folks for a 'better' response. I'm aware of the changes we've made and do understand you're feeling that they are punitive, although truly that is not the intention.

If you would give me the opportunity to get some input from the experts and have an intelligent response sent to you, I'd appreciate it."

I haven't heard back yet.
