Sound advice ^

A friend of mine has a similar thing (can't remember if it is Epipen) and once turned up at LHR and realised he had forgotten his letter. Explained the situation to check in agent who moved him onto a slightly later flight whilst his mother delivered his doctor's letter to the airport. Fortunately he didn't live far from LHR...
