Long time ago, someone posted that there are only THREE ladies inflight supervisor (the rest are the male). So, it's special in regards to gender. I have had those three in my SQ flights, and yes, one was the not-so-nice on my SQ1 experience; and the other two I had been in their flights few times and they are really excellent.
