I am about to purchase a ticket from KUL (Kuala Lumpur) to CGK (Jakarta) on KLM. I am a DL PM and therefore a ST Elite+. I have a few questions to those of you who may have taken this flight or flown with KLM from/to KUL:
1) Does KLM have a lounge at KUL that a ST E+ can access?
2) Is the service in C for KUL-CGK worth paying extra?
3) What kind of seats are in C?
4) Is the flight usually pretty empty? Or do they fill it well with the cheap fares they have out of KUL?
