I can be PITA you know!
I was in F, and when the junior FA came to collect the leather binder, I said to her I took the menu for the souvenir, and returned the binder. This was an hour or so before landing. Then, 30 minutes prior to land, the IFS came and demanded back. She treated me like I was not a worthy person for SQ. She gave me the reason for full F from HKG to SIN, and I disagreed with her claim.
Anyway, as someone mentioned about the three ladies IFS, this was one of them. The other two are angels in my flights...
