I don't remember the menus being collected the occasional times I've flown Raffles in the past, so I was quite surprised when (1) QF009 told me about it being done on his flights; and (2) the FA came around and collected the ones on my flight back to LHR.

Has this always been standard practice? Or is this a recent change?
