Oh, puhleeeeeesse. Is this the CO forum all of a sudden?

The OP raised a valid issue for diuscussion about NW, its employees, and level of service. Whether or not the OP has or hasn't contacted NW is really irrelevant to us all being able to discuss this. I don't think that anyone on here thinks that FT is a substitute for contacting NW and we have countless threads where various FTers complain, discuss, or vent. This is certainly on-topic for this board.


I've noticed at DTW more than anywhere else that the level of service has dropped dramatically and the apathy of GAs has gone through the roof. I've even had one say to me and another customer (sic) "What do you want from me? They pay us $8/hr now and I'm losing my house. Screw management."

As bad as the GAs are here at DCA in terms of rudeness, at least they're not totally apathetic.
