I've read all of your posts in this thread and in none of them have you stated that you contacted anyone at NW about this.
Seems to me that if you've had this much time to vent and post about it on FT, you could have written an email or made a phone call.
Oh, well. I guess FT is becoming free therapy for some NW flyers these days.
