IF the hotel owns and operates the parking, there is some leeway and you may be able to get fees waived. If not, prepare to pay. And more than a few properties use parking fees as countable revenue, IMO - I am staying at Embassy Suites Lake Tahoe Resort, it's $20 daily, period / full stop (but see what our FT colleagues say about that, just look at the end of this page.)
