Question #1 - How many will return to DL and start booking flights, if they "wake up and smell the roses", and rescind the major cutbacks that have become deal-breaker issues for us?

If they reverse the majority of their changes soon, I'll be back (see #2)

Question #2 - How long are you willing to wait before switching to another airline as your primary carrier?

Feb 1 is my cut off. Like others, there is no way that I want to have split my mileage to the point where I don't have GM status or equivalent on another carrier.

Question #3 = How many of us no longer trust DL to be a viable choice of carrier even if they rescind the program changes?


The answer really depends on what they give back. I don't expect things to return to how they were. If their changes are token in nature I'm gone forever.
