This is what upsets paying PAX. We are not able to upgrade, see NRSA in premimum seats and then are told it is none of our business. Why isn't? Maybe if the rules were known by all (rather than kept secret)we wouldn't get so steamed at such sites. Otherwise, it looks like DL has something to hide.
