Am I the only one who has no complaints about the Palace? Great Platinum upgrades to suites, nice plate of fruit and cheese (and sometimes a bottle of wine thrown in), clean and quiet rooms, etc. Other than the price of parking (which is bad anywhere in SF), I've never had a complaint.
